Introduction to the options available to you in the Geneva / Lausanne area. This is an open discussion to explore your wishes for your birth and how they can be met. Send me an email and we can arrange a time to talk. 150chf for a 2 hour discussion including pre meeting information gathering and follow up.
Moving for easier birth
Trained by UK midwife and educator Molly O'Brien, I can share my knowledge about the physiology of birth, how to maximise comfort in the later stages of pregnancy, optimise fatal positioning and share movement and position guidance for pregnancy. Available in a single session for you, alone or with your partner : 150chf
Hypnobirthing and Birth Preparation
I offer a complete birth preparation course including hypnobirthing and breathing techniques that will allow you and your birth partner to experience a calm, positive birth.

This course is offered over 4 sessions of 2 hours each. The cost includes my support up to and including the birth of your baby. 600 chf

I also offer condensed birth preparation in two 2 sessions for 300chf
Being the perfect birth partner
This session focuses on your role as a birth partner, equipping you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to support your partner and baby during labour and birth. This will be tailored to your requirements including understanding the physiology of birth and how to create the best birthing environment, comfort measures and communication between you and with other care givers.
